Kerrigan, Kait (USA)

Kait Kerrigan is a Brooklyn-based playwright, lyricist, and bookwriter. She made her Off-Broadway debut in 2006 with her musical HENRY AND MUDGE, which went on to win her the Kleban Award for Most Promising Librettist. Her work has been developed and performed internationally. Other musicals (all written with Brian Lowdermilk)  include THE FRESHMAN EXPERIMENT, TALES FROM THE BAD YEARS, THE UNAUTHORIZED AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF SAMANTHA BROWN, THE WOMAN UPSTAIRS, WRONG NUMBER and the forthcoming REPUBLIC. Other plays include DISASTER RELIEF, IMAGINARY LOVE, and TRANSIT.  Kerrigan is an alumna of Barnard College, and a member of ASCAP, the Dramatists Guild, and founding member of NewMusicalTheatre.com.
