Georgina H. Escobar  is a Ciudad Juarez, México native currently living in Manhattan via Chihuahua, Zacatecas, Ocean Beach, El Paso, TX, Albuquerque,NM  and Waterford, CT.
  
Some writing credits include: 
•Ash Tree ( The Kennedy Center National TYA Award, ASSITEJ Festival Denmark/Sweden); 
•The Unbearable Likeness of Jones (Dixon Place, NYC), 
•Coal: The Musical (The Lensic, Little Globe); 
•Sweep  (LTC Carnaval 2015 at De Paul University), 
•The Wayfoot Series (In Development, Originally developed at the National Puppetry Conference 2014), ; &
•The Ruin (Manhattan Repertory Theatre, Words Afire Theatre Festival). 
She's had the pleasure to work with:• The Brooklyn Generator (Writer, 2014)  the HotInk Festival (David Olguin’s Asesinos, The Lark), the National Puppetry Conference, (Writer, 2014); National Playwrights Conference (Playwright Observer, 2011) as Literary Associate and Playwright Lab Instructor at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center; American Theatre Magazine (TCG), and the Latino Theatre Commons.
