Vicky has acted in T.I.E. and theatre, presented BBC TV's Words and Pictures, was Artistic Director of Polka Theatre, London, and has written for TV, radio and theatre. She is Vice Chair of Action for Children's Arts, founder member of A Thousand Cranes Theatre and a Director of ASSITEJ U.K. She was awarded an MBE for services to children's drama, and is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts.
